The hotel day begins at 14.00 and lasts until 11.00 the following day.
Accommodation for children up to 3, staying in their parents' room, is free of charge.
For children from 4 years to 12 years of age special prices. Details in the Main Hotel Reception.

The Hotel has a free Internet connection.

Guests can use the Adults and Children's reading library.

For families with children – there is a fully fitted kitchen where food can be prepared and stored.
Children can use the playground and playroom.

In order for the reservation to be considered guaranteed, an advance must be paid of 40 % of the value of the stay.

Cancellation fees for individual guests:
It is possible to transfer the advance to another time convenient for the guest, but not later than 3 months from the date of cancellation of the booking.

If this solution is not suitable for the guest, the cancellation fees are as follows:
- When informed by one day before arrival we refund 100 % of the advance.
- When informed by 18.00 on the day the stay is to begin we keep 50% of the advance.
- When informed after 18.00 on the day the stay is to begin we keep 100% of the advance.

The charges only concern the amount of the advance (40% of the entire payment).
The customer has paid more we refund the excess payment. If the guest does not inform us of the failure to arrive, we do not refund the advance.
