Gym opening hours:
Daily - 07.00 - 22.00
Every Monday and Friday from 18.00 to 20.00 - gym classes with an instructor
Cost of using the gym - 15 pln/person/hour.
We would like to inform You of the possibility to purchase monthly passes:
- 4 visits to the gym - 48pln
- Monthly pass to the gim with no entrance limit - 120 pln.
Monthly pass with four three-hour entrance to the Aqua Spa (swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna) costs 180 pln.
Monthly pass with four visits to the gym + four two-hour entrance to the Aqua Spa (swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna) costs 210 pln.
EXERCISES ON RECONDITIONING/REHABILITATION TABLES - an effective way to lose a few extra kilos.
The training session lasts 75 minutes and is supervised by physical therapy instructor. Properly conducted training involves exercises on each of the 8 beds, which model and tone every muscle group. This form of movement is recommended for those who have problems with their spine or joints. The exercises are gentle and do not exhaust the body.
