SWIMMING POOL - REGULATIONS

1. The pool is part of the HOTEL AFRODYTA **** BUSINESS & SPA located at ul. Letniskowa 4a, Tartak Brzózki, 96-325 Radziejowice.

2. The pool is open from monday to friday between 17.00-22.00, on saturdays between 9.00 –22.00, and on sundays between 9.00- 20.00.

3. Before entering the pool area and using its facilities, study these regulations and usage instructions for the pool attractions and follow them while in the pool area.

4. Persons violating public order or the provisions of these regulations will be removed from the pool.

5. All persons present in the pool area are obliged to immediately follow the instructions of on-duty lifeguards or hotel employees.

6. In the pool area do not:
- smoke tobacco, drink alcohol or use other intoxicating substances
- bring in sharp tools or other dangerous objects
- consume food anywhere within the complex, except in designated areas
- bring in animals
- be under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances

7. The pool area is monitored.

8. Before entering the pool area users are obliged to use the changing rooms and to change their shoes for flip flops.

9. Before entering the pool, every user is obliged to wash their whole body thoroughly and disinfect their feet.

10. Any items which may be damaged (such as mobile phones, watches) or which have potentially dangerous sharp edges (jewellery) must be left in the changing area.

11. Swimwear must be worn in the pool area.
- women - one- or two-piece swimsuit
- men - trunks or pocketless shorts

12. Wash under the shower after using the toilet.

13. Children up to the age of 10 may only use the pool under adult supervision.

14. Children up to the age of 3 may only use the paddling pool. parents are obliged to dress children up to age 3 in special waterproof nappies.

15. Persons whose state of health may constitute a danger to themselves or others may not use the pool, e.g.:
- those with respiratory illnesses (catarrh, cough)
- those with skin diseases (mycosis, eczema, lichens, etc.)  or open wounds
- those with excretory system illnesses
- those with breathing difficulties
- those suffering from balance disorders, epilepsy, infectious diseases
- those with circulatory deficiencies
- those allergic to disinfectants

16. Any cuts, injuries and hazards or breaches of order noticed should be reported to a lifeguard and the spa reception immediately.

17. Those using the pool may not cause situations which threaten the safety of people present.

18. In the pool area do not:
- run
- jump into the water
- eat food or chew gum
- raise false alarms
- leave young children unaccompanied
- use floating equipment brought in, pontoons, matresses or other inflatable swimming toys

19. In the event of danger the lifeguard may order swimmers to leave the water immediately.

20. Anyone causing material damage is responsible for it.

21. Parents or guardians are responsible for damage caused by minors.

22. A 20-30 minute rest is recommended after leaving the pool.
